1. Eligibility & Accounts
1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Message Frequency. Communication frequency will vary depending on your activity and settings. You may receive multiple communications per month.
2.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided (e.g., replying STOP to SMS, clicking unsubscribe in email, or updating your account preferences). You will continue to receive essential account or transactional communications.
2.4 Charges. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's terms. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your provider.

4.2 License to Us. By posting or uploading content, you grant AllTheRPGs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
4.3 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post it and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4.4 Removal of Content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
4.5 Uploaded Images and Media. If you upload images, artwork, logos, or other media to the Services (e.g., profile pictures, campaign banners, or game listings):
• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and share such content.
• You agree not to upload or post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others.
• You grant AllTheRPGs a limited license to host, display, and share your uploaded content solely as part of the Services.

4.6 Copyright/Trademark Complaints. AllTheRPGs respects the intellectual property rights of others. 5. Payments & Ecommerce
5.1 Purchases. If you buy content, tools, or services through AllTheRPGs, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
5.2 Sales by Creators. If you sell content through the Services, you agree to abide by any additional Creator Marketplace Terms. Payments to creators may be subject to platform fees and applicable taxes.
5.3 Refunds. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our posted refund policies.
5.4 Affiliates. If you participate in our affiliate program, additional Affiliate Terms will apply.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 AllTheRPGs IP. The AllTheRPGs name, logo, design, software, and platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6.2 Third-Party IP. Third-party content (e.g., published RPG materials, trademarks) remains the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party IP may be subject to separate licenses or restrictions.
7. Termination & Suspension

7.2 By You. You may close your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.
7.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Some obligations, such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
8.1 "As Is." The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2 No Guarantee. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.
